Coaching is a practice where the coach strives to support an individual to enhance and develop their performance though a supportive relationship. The coachee will require the facts, not from the coach but from within themselves, though, motivated from the coach.
It might be that you wish to build skills in work such as communication, giving presentations, team working, relationship problems at work or issues with delegating, or it could be more personal issues such as your well being or personal relationships, or not feeling motivated at home, the list is endless.
The opportunity to tackle such issues will be carried out using a highly structured approach to enable you to improve your personal and professional development over an agreed period of time.
Coaching is an approach that is solution focused and founded on the achievement of identifiable outcomes and goals recognised at the beginning of the coaching sessions. The emphasis focuses on the ‘here and now’ and what lies ahead.
I offer face to face coaching sessions in Chester and online sessions throughout the UK. The benefits to online coaching can vary, one of the main reasons being that it offers less time constraints by reducing travelling time, though, it may suit you better to have sessions in person.
I am able to provide support for a number area’s including performance at work, motivation, or relationships with colleagues, any personal issues such as dietary issues, or any issue you feel the need to improve your performance on and develop.
